Creamed Honey Recipe
- 10 parts honey and 1 part starter by weight.
- The starter can be powdered honey or already
creamed honey.
- Add your choice of flavoring or no flavoring.
- Blend for 10 minutes.
- Do not over blend, this will create unwanted air
bubbles in the creamed honey.
- Bottle and refrigerate for 7 days at 54 degrees F.
- Creamed Honey is also called Spun Honey, Honey
Candy, Honey Butter.
- After the 7 days of processing store at room
temperature and enjoy on toast, biscuits, pancakes,
waffles, ice cream, in your coffee or tea etc...........
